Trustin’ in the Lord with all your heart,
     And not what you understand.
Trust the Lord with all thy heart.
     And lean not to thy own understanding.

In all thy ways acknowledge Him,
     And He will direct your paths.
Be not wise in thine own eyes, but fear the Lord.
     And depart from all evil, and it will be health to thy bones.

Written in His Word, I have power to endure.
     More than words on a page—
A Guide for me both night and day.
     Written in His Word, I have power oer the world,
And it makes everything brand-new
     ‘Cause He’s saying, “I love you…in His Word.”
