When He Comes Around

I know you’ve heard it all before:
     Jesus is knockin’ at your door.
Life’s a clock, so when He knocks, you’d better go and answer.
     There might not be any other time to pray.

You’ve heard the story of the cross—
     How Jesus died to save the lost,
Gave His life. What a price!
     How can you not accept Him?

You know that a time like this won’t come again.
     There He is! Why don’t you go and answer?
It’s the best thing you can do –
     When He comes around.

Just think about His awful death—
     His bleeding hands and battered head.
The Son of God—a perfect Man; He didn’t have to go there,
     But He hung and suffered just for you and me.
