Listen To The Bells
Listen To The Bells

Christmas is a comin’ and the buyin’ has begun,
And you’re worried about the money,
And the stress it isn’t funny.
Stop and listen to the bells.
All the family is a comin’, and the turkey isn’t done,
And the gifts, they all need wrappin;,
And the candles all need lightin.
Listen to the bells.
They’re ringing out for peace to those who will receive.
Stop and listen to the bells;
They’re ringing out with love to each and everyone-
To all with faith who believe.
Finest silver, china dishes, crystal vase,
And candy kisses. Everything will be delicious.
My one and only Christmas wish is-
Listen to the bells.
Homemade cookies you’ve been bakin’; having fun-
I think you’re fakin’ Can’t you hear the doorbell ringin?
Lots of gifts to us they’re bringin.
Listen to the bells.
They’re ringing out for peace to those who will receive.
Stop and listen to the bells;
They’re ringing out with love to each and everyone-
To all with faith who believe.
Why don’t you make a resolution
That you will stop all the confusion?
Why don’t you start a revolution
And listen to the bells?
‘Cause
They’re ringing out for peace to those who will receive.
Stop and listen to the bells;
They’re ringing out with love to each and everyone-
To all with faith who believe.
Listen to the bells, listen to the bells..
It’s Christmastime; listen to the bells.
