Just Do It

In life we have these tasks that people always ask.
     And we need to do them..
Mowin’ your daddy’s grass, takin’ out the trash.
     Will you wash my car? Please sew this button on.
Can you do the dishes? These are just a few things we hate to do,
     I’m talkin’ to you.

Just do it; do it unto the Lord.
     Just do it now.
In everything you do–just do it.
     Do it unto the Lord; you will receive a reward.

You’re in a dead-end job; you’ll never get too far.
     You need a breakthrough.
You’re putting in your time; that’s all you do.
     You’ve put your trust in Him,
And you know the truth; you believe in Jesus.
     Hold on to His hand; He will see you through.

I’m tellin’ you…
     Just do it; do it unto the Lord.
Just do it now.
     In everything you do-just do it as if He were here on earth.
Keep your hand on the plow.
     In everything you do in work or leisure.
Do it unto the Lord.
