As I walk life’s highway, so many sad goodbyes to say
Along the way.
And you know I miss them, and I long to see them,
But I know I’m going to see them all again.
‘Cause He made it possible to see my mom again;
He made it possible to see my dad again.
He made it possible to see my brothers, and so many others again.
Jesus made it possible to see them all again.
As I’m getting older, more friends and loved ones have gone away
To meet their Savior.
Though my tears are falling,
Lord knows I’m going to see them all one bright and happy day.
‘Cause He made it possible to see my mom again;
He made it possible to see my dad again.
He made it possible to see my brothers, and so many others again.
Jesus made it possible to see them all again.
If and when it happens that I breathe my last ones and it’s time
To say goodbye to me,
Don’t cry, my good friends; don’t sing any sad songs-
Just sing about our meeting in the air.
‘Cause He made it possible to see our mom again;
He made it possible to see our dad again.
He made it possible to see our brothers, and so many others again.
